Nobody Understands Me

Do you feel misunderstood? Does it seem like a problem you are having? I would probably suggest that you look at yourself first. Who doesn’t understand you? Is it just a particular person or group of people?
Has something in your life changed recently that might be causing this? Are you misunderstood at work? At home? By your spouse? By your children?
Sometimes your thoughts and what you convey to others verbally isn’t exactly the same. If you suspect this might be the issue then try to think before you speak and be sure what you are saying is in line with your thoughts and try to be sure that is what you are meaning to say.
It can be a real problem. The cause is not always apparent. Visiting a counselor might be a great help to discover what is happening with this.
